Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 8, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how TigerLive collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use TigerLive, including when you use Facebook Login to authenticate and connect authorized Facebook Pages for live-selling features.
Information we collect
We may collect and process the following categories of information:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, and business details.
- Facebook-connected information that you authorize TigerLive to access through Facebook Login or Facebook Page connection.
- Facebook Page and live-selling related data needed to support TigerLive features.
- Incoming Facebook Live comments that TigerLive stores for analytics and technical purposes.
- Product, order, customer, payment, and reporting data created or uploaded in TigerLive.
Facebook Login and authorized Facebook Page connection
TigerLive uses Facebook Login to authenticate users and connect authorized Facebook Pages to support live-selling workflows. When you authorize this connection, TigerLive may receive information made available by Meta according to the permissions you grant. TigerLive requests access needed to retrieve Facebook Page information and send checkout links to buyers through Facebook Page messaging. Where Facebook Login is used, TigerLive may receive basic profile information from the customer according to the permissions granted during login. Where Facebook Page connection is used, TigerLive may receive Facebook Page information and related data needed to detect live-selling comments, generate checkout links, and operate related platform features.
Meta explains that integrated partners and third-party apps may receive public information and other information that a user chooses to share when connecting their Facebook account: Facebook Help Center, Meta Privacy Policy.
How we use information
- To create and manage TigerLive accounts.
- To connect Facebook accounts and Facebook Pages authorized by users.
- To capture Facebook Live comments and support comment-to-order workflows.
- To generate checkout links, manage products, orders, payments, and reports.
How we share information
TigerLive does not sell personal information. TigerLive may share limited customer information, such as name and email address, with Stripe where needed to support billing and subscription operations. TigerLive does not use or share Facebook-retrieved user data with third-party providers, except where required by law. Stripe does not receive Facebook-retrieved user data for TigerLive's Facebook-connected functionality.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of TigerLive, our users, or others.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide TigerLive, maintain account history, support business operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.
Your choices
- You can disconnect TigerLive from Facebook through your Facebook Apps and Websites settings.
- You can revoke TigerLive access to Facebook-connected data by following the instructions on our User Data Deletion page.
- If you have a TigerLive account, you may also manage certain account and subscription settings from your dashboard.
Third-party services
TigerLive may integrate with third-party services including Meta products and billing providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to TigerLive, legal requirements, or our data practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when appropriate.
Privacy requests
If you have a TigerLive account, you may submit privacy-related requests through the support channel available in your TigerLive dashboard. If your request relates to Facebook-connected data, please also review our User Data Deletion instructions.
TigerLive currently treats Facebook-related deletion requests as access revocation requests. Removing TigerLive from Facebook stops future access to Facebook-connected data, but does not automatically delete historical records already stored in TigerLive.
